Vietnam Association of People’s Credit Funds (VAPCF) visited FSCT
         FSCT’s General Manager and related staffs greeted and welcomed 31 cooperative leaders from Vietnam Association of People’s Credit Funds (VAPCF) for a study visit at FSCT on November 28, 2016. Their objectives are to learn about savings and credit cooperative movement and management, and also exchange the ideas and information on cooperative business.
