The Federation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives of Thailand Limited (FSCT) and Association of Asian Confederation of Credit Unions (ACCU) conducted the Leadership Boot Camp Workshop to 30 Thai leaders from FSCT and SACCOs at FSCT Headquarters on May 15-17, 2023. It was ACCU’s first time to introduce and inspire those to 11 Leader-SHIFTs perspectives.
The Leader-SHIFTs teaches to accelerate leaders’ careers by putting their leadership into high gear. The program provides a blueprint for change; among those shifts are:
